Shoulder Stand Pose (Sarvangasana)


This is considered the most useful yoga for thyroid glands. Camel Pose (Ustrasana)

First of all, sit in Vajrasana. Now stand on your knees and place your hands on your waist. Bend your neck and chest back and hold the ankles with your hands. Now tilt your neck backward.


Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)


This asana massages the thyroid gland and produces the required amount of thyroid hormones to regulate metabolism. Therefore this asana is beneficial in the problem of hypothyroidism. This asana also reduces stress.


Lie flat on the floor on the stomach comfortably. The chin should touch the ground and the eyes should be towards the front. Bend both your knees, take your hands back, and clasp your ankles. Inhaling, lift your chest off the ground and pull your legs up. Keep the posture steady while paying attention to your breath. And as much as possible, make the body curved and taut in the form of a bow.
